conky-std-dbg software package provides highly configurable system monitor (default version - debug), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install conky-std-dbg
conky-std-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the conky-std-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep conky-std-dbg *
You will get with conky-std-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
